1.    Orders,Payment & Pricing
We accept orders by two ways: One is Order online in our aliexpress store. The other is order in our site by bank transfer. No matter which order way ,you are guaranteed
Before you place order ,you are kindly please need to review our products details and service information. You can tell us your speficic needs for size ,quantity,how would you use ,we would design and give you best solution for your special project. Once you confirm the order,we would also send confirmation by mail for your final acknowledgement.

2. Payment:
When you place order online ,it can accept payment made by credit,visa,Master Card, or American Express.,but please note ,these patyment way would have some bank transfaction fee. And when you directly place order off line ,we can accept your payment by TT,Money Gram,Wester Union

3. Price & Volume Discounts
As most of our items are custom made ,so the price is different .But we do have some special discount for volume purchases.

4. Shipping & Delivery
   4.0 For some item that we have stock in warehouse ,we usually can ship the goods in the same day once you confirm the order. Currently ,the stocked item that we have include hanging fittins,led standoff,standard size lightbox ,like A4 and A3.
For cusotom item ,usually ,we can finish your order in 2 or 3 days. Since the item are customs made ,so before our production ,you may need to send us your drawing or sketch,including the size and specical needs.Therefore, the earlier you confirm the specific needs ,the more quick we can deliver the goods .
   4.1 Shipping Time: As the majority of our goods are large item ,so they are not unable to be shipped by post. Most of our order are shipped by DHL,Fedex,UPS and SF express. Usually, it take about 4 or 5 days to reach areas in European countries ,American,Canada,and Australia. And may be longer time (more than 2 days) to Reach Africa and Middle East
   4.2  Shipping Cost:The shipping fee are calculated as the packaging weight if its actual weight is larger than its volume .But if the volume is larger than its actual weight,the shipping cost would be calculated at its volume ,that is dimensional weight of the packaging box. So in the condition of safety,we would try to pack the goods in the smallest packaging volume as its possiblity ,so that save your extra freight cost.

5.    Upon Receipt of Goods
We check goods and pack all orders very carefully before shippment, but occasionally damage can occur on transportation as sometimes ,courier are too violent. If goods are received damaged or faulty please let us know so that we can put matters right without delay. It would be better if you can send us the pictures,so that we have sufficient proof and ask courier to make compensation .It would be very helpful and effective if you can directly file one claim in courier website,and gave us the claim No. so that we can contact courier compaines and arrange reimursement or replacement for your orders.
Kindly please be noted ,the packaging box and material need to kept ,so that we can provide these proof to courier compaines.
As courier companies rule ,we have 7 days to file the claim.so please kindly contact us within 5 business days.so that we have time to solve this issue.

6.Returns Policy
Customers’safaction are always our persuit, we always hope every of our customers like our goods and services.
That is why we need to confirm all of these needs before the delivery ,in case of any misunderstanding.
We accept return in the condition as follows;
    6.1.0: Damaged item or defective items: If there is damaged or the goods doesn’t work due to the quality ,you can return it .
    6.1.1: Wrong order are received. If our warehouse sent the item that not ordered by you ,or the goods are made not as per your needs ,you can return them to us.
   6.2 But we don’t accept these return items:
       6.2.0: customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics.
       6.2.1: Manual damage for the goods on the purpose to ruturn orders

Please be noted ,all returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Damaged returns will not be refunded and customer must file a claim with the carrier. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. Initial and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
   6.2: REFUNDS & CREDITS
Once agreed ,we would refund you money by paypal or bank transfer in 10 business days.
